3. Thorough Rinsing

After disinfection, each instrument is thoroughly rinsed under running water to remove any remaining solution.

4. Ultrasonic Cleaning

The instruments are then placed in an ultrasonic cleaner, where microscopic vibrations help remove particles from areas that cannot be reached by hand.

5. Air Drying

After ultrasonic cleaning, every instrument is completely dried at room temperature before packaging.

6. Sealed in Kraft Sterilization Pouches

Each set of instruments is individually sealed in sterilization kraft pouches to help maintain sterility after processing.

7. Dry Heat Sterilization

The sealed pouches are sterilized in a professional dry heat sterilizer using the manufacturer’s recommended temperature and cycle settings. The instruments remain sealed until they are opened specifically for your appointment.
